巴拿馬文件洩漏事件為一起由莫薩克·馮賽卡律師事務所（Mossack Fonseca & Co.，總部在巴拿馬）1970年代開始所列有關21.4萬家離岸金融公司的詳細資料共1150萬筆的機密文件遭國際調查記者同盟（ICIJ）於2016年揭露的洩漏事件。文件中揭露了各國政治人物與菁英們未曝光的海外資產。其中包括了總量高達一千一百萬份洩漏自莫薩克·馮賽卡律師事務所的內部文件，由一匿名者於一年前提供給南德意志報。報方將文件與國際調查記者同盟分享，後者動用了全世界來自80個國家與地區，107個媒體組織，以一年的時間整理這些文件，並於2016年4月3日公布初步結果。完整清單將於同年五月初公布。
國際調查記者聯盟（ICIJ）取得巴拿馬的莫薩克馮賽卡律師事務所（Mossack Fonseca & Co.）文件，揭示國際權貴精英如何利用避稅港收藏財富。英國廣播公司（BBC）稱，文件內容牽涉到全球72名前、現任國家元首或其家人。文件披露，至少8名中國共產黨中央政治局現任或前任常委的家族成員，有開設離岸公司。不過ICIJ同時承認，設立離岸公司不代表當事人一定有透過離岸公司進行不法活動。
